Avoid plucking or waxing the targeted area for 3-4 weeks leading up to your treatment.

Steer clear of using skincare products containing Retinol or Retinoic acid, as well as peeling agents or diamond peel, in the week prior to your appointment.

On the morning of the treatment, ensure you shave the area closely to the skin. Shorter hair contributes to a more comfortable experience during the laser procedure.

Treatment steps

After discussing the treatment plan with the doctor, a cold gel is gently applied to the area. The laser procedure is then initiated, with the laser gliding smoothly over the skin. This laser selectively warms the melanin in the hair follicles, maintaining the safety of the surrounding skin. This precision ensures an effective and targeted treatment of the follicles. After several passes, the gel is wiped away, completing the session.

After care

After your laser hair removal treatment, here are some guidelines to follow:

Skip extreme heat: Avoid hot baths, showers, or steam rooms for at least 48 hours post-treatment.
Be mindful of skincare products: Refrain from using scrubs, glycolic acid, and retinol creams for 2 days after treatment. For chemical peels, wait for 2 weeks.
Hold off on fragrances: Avoid using perfumes and deodorants for the first 24-48 hours after treatment.
Handle itching with care: Although itching is rare, if it occurs, resist the urge to scratch the treated area, as scratching can break the skin.
