Stemcells For Dummies. A Cliff Notes Version

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are cells that have the ability to self-renew and change into any type of other cell. Revival Clinic utilizes umbilical cord tissue cells, sometimes known as Wharton’s Jelly.

Our cells have proven, and fast homing attributes. In stem cell science, the word "homing" describes stem cells' ability to find their destination, or "niche." The effort has several parts: making the destination more attractive; making the navigation cues more obvious to the cells; and making the stem cells more responsive to the cues.

Damaged or inflamed tissues call for repair by sending out signals, some of which act as cues for MSCs and attract them to the injured tissue.

The introduction of “youthful” stem cells into the human body can rejuvenate existing cells and allow the body to age more gracefully & even reverse some effects of the aging process. As we age, our cells get sick and die. When a cell dies, it creates a cascade of events, leading to inflammation and disease that can decrease the human lifespan.

Revival Clinic uses cells that are Xeno free. This can be compared to a vegan diet in humans. This means that there is zero contamination from animal products in the cultures

Revival Clinic does not use stemcells that have been frozen. Would you prefer to eat a prime piece of fresh steak or one that had been frozen previously? Mostly Stemcells are frozen after being cultured due to economics. We use fresh cells that are cultured individually for every case.

Why do some institutions offer such large amounts for the same price?

The simple answer is research. In all reseach patients are usually critically ill or end stage. Groups are administered high amounts of cells because the research needs good results. These results are then typically copied. The problem arises when there is cell death due to freezing. The way to cope with this is to carpet bomb the body with large amounts of cells. The ”bad” cells must then be ejected from the body. This is counter productive to say the least.

We use the highest quality cells, which multiply on their own. Revival Clinic has tailor made several stemcell options that are afordable as well as effective. For more information, contact us. We’re happy to help!
