First-line defense against cancer
What are Natural Killer (NK) Cells?
Natural Killer (NK) Cells are lymphocytes in the same family as T and B cells, coming from a common progenitor. However, as cells of the innate immune system, NK cells are classified as group I Innate Lymphocytes (ILCs) and respond quickly to a wide variety of pathological challenges. NK cells are best known for killing virally infected cells and detecting and controlling early signs of cancer. As well as protecting against disease.
NK cells were first noticed for their ability to kill tumor cells without any priming or prior activation (in contrast to cytotoxic T cells, which need priming by antigen-presenting cells). They are named for this ‘natural’ killing.
Nk cell therapy
The power of the immune system to treat and cure cancer has been recognized since the pioneering work of William Coley over 100 years ago. Rapid progress in understanding immune biology has fueled the invention and development of a host of new therapies that are revolutionizing cancer treatment. With advances in cell therapies, the field has turned its attention to a new cancer-killing weapon within the immune system: Natural Killer cells. Natural Killer cells have a unique and critically important role in fighting pathogens. NK cells are a key component of the innate immune system and are responsible for a selective and rapid attack on tumor cells. Innate immunity provides an immediate and broad recognition of cellular stress and dysfunction, while adaptive immunity is an evolved process whereby the immune system is taught to recognize and remember very specific antigens associated with pathogens and somatic mutations. NK cells, through a sequence of subsequent immune stimulatory activity, also have the power to awaken the adaptive immune system, thereby producing a powerful, multi-factorial immune response against its target.
To increase the number of Activated NK cells for a healthy immune system.
The working principle of NK Cells (Highly Active NK Cell Therapy) is an innovation that uses only 80 ccs of their own blood through the lab. By increasing the number of Activated NK Cells to 5,000 million cells within a period of 14 - 20 days (the normal body will have NK Cells = 2,000 - 5,000 million cells)
NK Cells that increase the number will be selected as the strongest, the highest volume in the state is stimulated. In order to have maximum readiness for destroying foreign objects such as infected cells, viruses, bacteria, or certain types of cells that are causing the disease without allergies, resistance, or harm because it is your own cell.
To restore, take care of the first phase of the immune system to become stronger. Those with low NK Cell values recommend 3 treatments/year and those with normal NK Cell values recommend injecting NK Cell 1- 2 times/year.
"To prevent cancer and other diseases. The important thing is to create protection for your immune system. Especially when the immune system is weakened due to cancer because cancer can destroy your natural immune system."

NK cell activity testing: the gold standard
Microfluorametry: the process is a purpose- build, integrated system that allows measuring the fluorescence intensity and then convert to the interested value.
The natural cytotoxic assay provides an in vitro ( laboratory ) evaluation of the lytic activity of NK cells against the tumor cells. The destroyed cancer cells co-cultured with NK cells using microfluorometry. this essay considers as the ' gold standard ' for measuring the cytotoxic activity of NK cells.
Which group of people should apply for NK cell count and activity test?
People whose family and relatives have a history of cancer.
People who have completed cancer treatment and tag a chance for recurrence of cancer
People who have chronic hepatitis infection
People who have chronic diseases such as liver and kidney diseases, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia
People who have chronic fatigue disease
People who have a history and or daily heavy drinking alcohol or heavy smoking
People who have continuous touching hormone or pollution
People who have chronic stress insufficient sleep, facing and inadequate exercise
People who suffer from poor nutrition from an imbalance diet
A healthy person who would like to monitor the personal innate immune systems
A healthy person who would like to know their personal health database and any risk factor to enhance the cancer

FAQ about NK cell therapy
Prepare yourself for blood collection for immune cell culture.
Stop all immune suppressant medication such as chemotherapy, steroid for 2 weeks before blood collection
The best time to collect blood is when you are healthy no fever, no infection, or recover from any immune stimulation condition for at least 2 weeks.
For female, blood collection should be done 5 days after finish your period
3 days before blood collection refrain from high fat or high sugar diet
7 days before blood collection should not donate or receive any blood transfusion
What if I have an unexpected event and can't come on the treatment day?
Please notify us as soon as possible when you have to change the plan
Generally, the NK cell therapy timeline is
Day 1: Confirm your re-injected date + start immune cells culture
Day 18 to 21: NK cell treatment
After the lab starts the culture process, we can't keep the cultures cell longer than 21 days after the culture started.
The best time to re-inject the cells is during day 18 - 21 after start culture
Re-schedule after Day 14, the lab will charge an extra 30,000 THB for the repeating cell quality check process.
Prepare yourself for NK cell therapy
Well rest the night before treatment, no caffeine on the treatment day
The best time to get NK cell treatment is when you are in healthy status so 1 week before the treatment tries to avoid the risk that will cause infection such as diarrhea or common cold.
Refrain strenuously activity 3 days before treatment
Refrain long-distance traveling 1 week before treatment
During the treatment
NK cell and other tailor-made immune cells will re-inject into your body via intravenous drip in 30 to 60 minutes
What would I feel after NK cell treatment session?
In some cases, you may feel low-grade fever, nausea, sleepiness during the immune cell drip, or a few days after all these symptoms will resolve by themselves.
It's normal to have all these symptoms after immune system stimulation. As well as, after you receive the flu vaccine you may have the same feeling from triggering your immune system.
Well rest, at least 6 hrs sleep after the treatment
Refrain strenuously activity 3 days after treatment
Refrain smoking and alcohol consumption 3 days after treatment
Refrain strenuously activity 3 days after treatment

In case that you have a low level of activity of NK cell or other immune support cells treatment guideline is between 2 to 4 times treatment depend on the level, your risk, and your conditions.
